Complexity : 3000+ counties , with 260+ document types and operation spread across multiple cities. The images are unstructured in nature and typical mortgage document would include keying of more than 120+ keys. The current extraction model ( deterministic model) was not helpful as we were not able to segregate the correct extraction output vs incorrect one.

Hence implemented AI/ML based extraction model which has significantly improved the output quality as the model came with a confidence score.

STP significantly improved from low 30% to 50%. The target is to include all the Document types and
sustain the STP level. Delivered 260 FTEs in 2021.
