The focus of this elite awards program is to demonstrate to the global business community the real results organizations achieve through the successful implementation of Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence.

The Awards will be held in conjunction with the Business Transformation & Operational Excellence World Summit.

In 2020, M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s (M&T RCC) closing group was due for an overhaul. It had been fulfilling mostly administrative functions – accounting and paperwork on loan transactions. It was clear that there was a need for greater connectivity and collaboration with the rest of the organization, as well as a more well-defined role for the team, with increased responsibilities.

That’s when Wendy LeBlanc joined the organization as the new Closing and Delivery Manager. Over the next three years, Wendy spearheaded an astounding transition for the M&T RCC Closing and Delivery Teams, raising the bar for closer functionality.

UnitedHealth Group - How UnitedHealth Group Reengineered Business Transformation with Process Intelligence enabled by Skan

UnitedHealth Group (UHG) transformed its operational efficiency and customer experience with Skan's AI-powered process intelligence technology. Enabled by Skan, UHG was able to analyze its operations, revealing insights into process dynamics and technology utilization, leading to transformative initiatives such as process standardization and effective change management. Through bottleneck identification and unit cost analysis from Skan's insights, UHG attributed over $10 million in estimated cost savings in the early stages, with the potential to more than triple the savings in the next year, significantly boosting UHG's operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and high-yield automation opportunities.

Fidelity Investments - Strategic Transformation in Operations Quality: The Quantum Leap from Rigorous Checks to Agile Quality Audits

The Performance Delivery team at Fidelity Investments led an end-to-end transformation of the existing quality model to design and deliver a Quality Framework that was efficient, and effective and had governance protocols that fulfilled external and internal audit requirements for extremely critical transactions. Organon Global Labeling simplified process management and training with three main improvements. First, interactive process maps were implemented, providing visualization of interactions between people, processes, and systems. Second, ~110 complicated procedural documents were simplified into one end-to-end Operating Manual. Third, a Certification-based training program was implemented where trainees receive hands-on experience earlier.
