In order to understand the future of Operational Excellence & Business Transformation, we need to understand the key priorities as aligned with where progressive leaders are taking Operational Excellence. With this in mind, BTOES Insights - in partnership with the Business Transformation & Operational Excellence World Summit – recently asked 150+ industry professionals what they considered to be pressing issues and future trends within Operational Excellence. In this report, we tasked our professionals with ranking their top priorities in OpEx, as well as providing their reasoning. 

Customer Experience, with 37.33% of all respondents choosing CX, was chosen as the number one priority in Operational Excellence. This report gives full analysis of question 11 from the survey, ‘Ranking these OpEx Issues in Order of Priority’, as well as exploring the reasoning of C-level industry professionals who both agree, and disagree, with this result.
