Thanks for your who towards free relates to having this presentation with all of you.

Hi.

Today, we're gonna discuss how these international mission in. Pretty simple. As a game changer. In the new, normal. as you have, all on the series, The Future is digital.

The introduction of mother, my father, was an exception, and one of further to the introduction of what Joe said, I'm also a member of the issue, is I have reviewed several publications already in the forthcoming p.m.b.o.k. guide them. That will come off to the next month.

And as well as a member of the PMO Global Alliance last year, which is run on an MIT, on the first place, in regards to Exchange among the three framework and the second place in regards to a framework for anymore working crises.

Now, just a few words about the Global Alliance for Global Alliance was founded in 2017, sorry, mainly is your organization on the Trust issue with PMO's Project PMO.

edwardProfession chose the global hub connecting people, exchanging ideas, swanny, conferences, certifications, and so forth.

Currently, we're having more than 12,000 members for more than 100 countries got 5000 people certified on the PMO CP certification. We do wrong frequently. Several initiatives. Instagram allows conferences, global events, and the most famous one is a few more global awards. Under the PMO global Level Awards for three different Toronto Star we've initiated into the next month.

Visit our website if you want to grab the Johnson and ..., for community engagement.

The agenda for today is even five bars first, introduction about the recent and ongoing crises than some facts or figures of all. There are great too soon.

Number three, some transformation ... for some cheese for successful transformation.

I will close out my presentation with some key takeaways: Gaussians usual Reformation controls, P-mos.

Word Transformation of our strategic construction processes for transitioning individuals, teams, organizations, for my car and say it's a desert, a few. There's something that will stay to be overhauled.

Well, the things that are happening right now is a great challenge to share, resilient and change the corporate strategic culture, technology, and many others. However, to my views, mania opportunity to show like I'm going to spend, 19 is an enabler for social message.

Want you to mature Nicole X We have, for example, much of SEO, Susan, the HR director, ..., or the safety engineer. I will come back to that slide. You don't need to remember the names, just Smith junior colleagues as a service.

Now, some facts and figures that I got, some of them are fairly recent once I will start with the International Monetary Fund protected.

Unfortunately, the growth of mine reached 4.4% in October and .... There's a ...

Performance Shoes for this year, much as we understand, there's a lot of volatility of the into numbers. So these numbers are subject to change.

..., ..., 80% of organizations in Oregon who are employees work from home remote communities in New Orleans as well. This new normal?

Traffic, perhaps you make an announcement about traffic will not return, unfortunately, made to ...

another she also of Fox News gathered from?

The way Monetary World Economic Forum says that 70% of the new value created in the economy, over the next to a movie, based on digital native platform. So this is for both the local people, organizations are ....

Some of them were really some of the more about overall, I'll just say a few introductions. Futures.

So you hold on to assume that we should be prepared for a large scale, saves many different areas of our lives. For example, employment.

Btog CTATraveling, tourism, shelf, and safety and many, many of the show so behave, have been practicing social reasons for the past year or something because there's no very easy, de-facto psychological. But overall, ...

participate in, conferences, exchange ideas with coal, for your fellow colleagues, and overall tried to move forward, it's not easy, it's not the end of the world.

Now, give you just an example, from the travel and tourism sector, you see that this is the latest one for a very long before, you submit your MP three of them. unfortunately. The figures, I know the different sections for ... will be more or less the same page.

You go, that's usually middle C, J, and the moment she draws in February 2019, my overall, I think people have used to this new way of traveling, so overall, you see some numbers Here already, for example, let us this -57% lower capacity of course, in Asia and Pacific, the numbers are much more higher taking into account the fundamental starting from that region, is 69%.

This is the other side of the coin.

And perhaps maybe some of you know about blockchain technologies or about Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies my missus use of who's in charge of technology? And you should take into account ... knowledge today. This is a slide that I'm actually figures from Capture a few hours ago, and as you can see, that is almost 50,000, $50,000.

The marketing, the blockchain, cryptocurrency is Moore's. I'm going to introduce him to you as a lot of volatility.

This is just an example of this information, in terms of blockchain processes, some technology, later on, during my presentation, on how many more examples from AI sector.

Of course, should not say, say, Listen, you know, mister Nanda, we have to upgrade all still. So.

So let's just also, some facts and figures are really saying that 50% of all employees will need to receive money to energy 25,000 adoption of technology to the World Economic Forum's zoning for critical skills now, ..., religious or cause. I'll leave a couple of religious, like, for example, thinking, problem solving, and many, many hours. So, overall, what is happening?

New words, ..., active learning, resiliency, stress, and flexibility.

Things have changed rapidly. These kinds of schemes were known to most of the professionals, but now it's a necessity.

So based on this research, results, half of us will need to scale to the next five years.

Next slide discusses about some, some basic pillars in terms of transformation. So I will speak about most basic of them. Anonymous. Surface causing cancer is very, very conflicts. In some cases, I've seen from my interaction with C level executives or other organization. There's an opportunity for further.

A simplistic definition of calcium is the way we do things here more about these values, beliefs, and norms identity, you name.

I didn't start with culture as a first factor, by accident, because ideally, this is the most crucial factor in terms of transformational success. Either the individual needs its own domain.

Second, one of those strategies related to vision and mission, products, markets, finance's, suggestion, backlinks, and borrow from the six.

Maybe rushing those local floral nurses came into surface, because actually, people and organization, of ..., in a more positive way, wrong, incorrect, in which users are called the situation to a more survival and growth. For example, Tesla, is eco money, or make a lot of revenue, Amazon, or other compounds will, have no effect, has released by the cohorts crises.

Also told you there's the other side and click on that for medical missions in Africa and Superiors.

They don't want is an agent this case. We've seen, before, the slide about scaling, so is related to capacity, competency, organizational, got interpersonal, analytical skills, can be developed.

The next 5, 10 years, in the next decade, things are changing rapidly and as your understanding, if you're going to say, It took notes professionals, you should take into account. Training.

Collaboration with article in Times of course obscene.

The last one was a factory structure is ready to go over some decision making decision.

How the decisions are being made decisions are being recorded, Organizational design, information systems.

Related to IT mainly ... show, this is a whole ecosystem altogether. So based on actual range.

If you're able to compete on culture, strategy, skills, and structure, I'm going to go through phases or these sorts of summation and the things in order to maximize your success in this area.

What have seen all my careers, people speak? I will change and transformation in the same way.

There are a lot of differences.

Did you share some similarities? There are a lot of differences show.

In this slide, I've, I can show you some of them with limitations.

For example, of change initiatives are short in time.

But this does not mean less conflicts on industrial nation receptive. The future role is simply an improvement over the past.

However, from transformations, things are more complex because implementation is rather than on friendly therapy.

For example, there might be too many systemic risks that shouldn't be taken into account, focuses not only on execution, deliver, benefits owner, So I'm sure she always wanted to re-invent and female, right?

Most of the cases is a composition, portfolio, phoenicia.

This direction this sponsor or owner, team members, KPIs, deliver rubbish ju days and so on.

As I said before, the more those are high res damage of this assembly, creation of construction, going on. Environmental medicine is working or trying to do this more complex interactions, ..., collaboration across boundaries, and of course, which I'm sorry about that.

Later on, especially large farms, youths are referred to the issue of, most of us, rural and remote work in environments.

Now, some same dimensions amplified by the new model, for example, is Professor of cooling all the time zone going.

The comment on them, equal force has no empty. Maybe pave, OK, many years to reach ....

This is who I am.

Many of you have shared the people are discussing ..., so it's not going to go all the time, and all the things are happening influence each other. The second ... was unfolding in multiple reservoir live, for example, live, has an Influence Day, professional life.

Maybe our family may be our future, so all if you take into account all these different areas, you'll notice really unfolding in multiple areas of our lives.

This explanation is accelerating and an increasingly rapid rate.

Of course, also technology, These are the formation are swimming, accelerating, again, exponentially.

But many things, how helping emptyings If you take one year ago, but it was more, normally you could go hang out with your Friends. You could go to your Office fisher and you plan your summer vacation fouchier things outings.

So mainly chains defines our emerging future as a consequence effective, leadership could be defined by the ability to navigate towards a new norm. The role of the C level executives of cornerstone importance.

Sea levels, in regards to international relations, are all more.

You have a high level of buy in motivation.

Their fellows under cooling is of crucial importance. I think you would understand them aloud, and I really do hope that ... your working environment.

Event Email Graphic Virtual Conferences (1)Know, some technology trends, perhaps, as you know, of course, you don't have time to explain and discussion, will give some examples in the artificial intelligence and big data, Robotic process automation for AI, IOT, Internet of Things. Blockchain technology will discuss about cryptocurrencies to beginning cybersecurity. Distributed cloud technologies may be, health care, will be incentives for behaviors closer.

Shocked, we're actually see how you.

So ladies and gentlemen, I do have a pause on Harris presentation on my, and I must assume that you're experiencing the same alignment he's, he's back on now. So areas there was a momentary pause there, on your transmission you seem to be back online now. So we'll let it go let it go.

Influences transformations are the photo resist domain and incorporation of mission, the vision and mission.

This is not an easy because Central Nation, this is not suitable, sometimes, gets more complex or nickel money for a company level. It's not the same. Maturity disco money is different. Maybe the deliverables are different, maybe is a complete answer for a different cost, and criminals are using older people is different divisions and do from, of course, mission is clear from, no, confusions and she shared with me that is unique mission for its complement.

Know, I don't think she should, these, Reason is not about technology. I heard a lot of people, ...

technology, I want to share with you, is technology.

Screenshot (4)The principal transformation, they have two main pillars, is an ... of seeing the exemption of professional discussion, about technology, and only if you focus on technology, leases are like culture. Leadership may be nice.

Maybe you'll do worry, a lot of our processes, Jason's from the services, but it's not about technology in principle themes of Reformation is a sausage, for reasons which I'll discuss a lot about Gaussian, because I've seen a lot to my daughter so far, and, because of karlsruhe, there was, in many cases, great failures.

So, seven, to, leadership, communication, social service delivery.

As you perhaps you know, costumes differs among organizations. And among people is not easy to manage.

A lot of patients, I'm the love of your personal pedestrian nations take, a lot of times. You see results. You can now see results in either a week, or a month, or a couple of months. Maybe you could see some quick wins.

Call them in industry, however, or long term results, and we'll start with the sustainable results. But it's automation will take. Maybe a year.

Or she hears all made me more, depending on the vision and mission from any other words, deliverables, KPIs, and so forth.

So my background, I wanted to discuss, our Broad National Measure Diploma, Photoshop is, when you're talking with your peers on, how you should run.

So the region, in friendship for welfare organization means tends to be in their shoes are coming from a cultural conservatism planet.

On top of that, we're discussing about these as informational piece, OK?

Not everybody knows everything. So some people may require some training and technological progress is made. My day job, and maybe you know about AI and medieval Jewish law saying, maybe we should go off to politics, maybe lunch because you cannot know all the technologies of the highest level. So that's why people consult on actually how specific specialization and all this work. While perhaps true for organizations overview. However, the more knowledge you Jamie, this is information technology for you. Remember, just a few minutes ago off of the ceiling stuff when people are like 20 25.

This is a framework that you get a lot more global alliance to manufacturers. As you can see, I will discuss about some of them.

For example, this is the other part. You can see that vision discussion of the Baltic commonly abused. And if you go to the least this one, quite important, because the product and service. So, what about competition? As you can offer your services, what is going to be the quality level of a services offer?

As an enabler, of course, people in karlsruhe, you have the best people that have the highest knowledge ....

This will not work effectively when people don't co-operate on their collaborative mindset, sometimes more jarring for existing team message.

This article should have gone through between chains and somebody.

For example, ... services, some people might not like it.

So, once you can do, as an example, to explain to the people, For example, the IT Department and what kind of services benefits would be offered after the transition to, from a should be fulfilled, stretch of. Just think this is a team four times.

You're more should be someone that you can trust.

Someone who can talk to some of their own mode of some of them guides you. Someone can be there for you remove the old sutton's projects, you if somebody happens, this unfair treatment, for example, or if conflicts arise.

As I promised, I'm going to show some examples from the AI or artificial thing, just for maybe you recognize some of the application: expert systems, official incoordination, remote course.

Rachel aids, and more towards decision making and decision soccer, voice assistance of machine learning and many, many others. Doing on the sun only from that service is that technology is complex and there's so many benefits that technology is used in the right way.

Of course.

Now the sorry. The Recon is not just used beneficially.

But here's using their way the very few people who take as long dance or in a way, that is no legal, assume any examples. You can bring in your minds of all those kinds of interactions with technology. I'm just going to give an example from the Gaussian. It's about facial recognition. So what they've done with JJ implementing a facial recognition technology for crew members to speed up.

Crew members, as well, and has the security So there's no need to use their cards or use a fingerprint, or any of those, it just go to a screen. And the face is recognized by the system. And then maybe you have symptoms and movie stars in the night or free access and so forth. So this is a new workplace seeking for ulcers due to go on the world too fast.

And most now take into account, I know that's in the projects up on the racial sector across the world.

So there's a lot of benefits out of this.

Technology can't be mainly a fixture in a seamless and cold and callous checking experience. Contact list checking and abundant though. Maybe you've seen, for example, the United States, most of the airports they have contactless already. Developed already, company, taking back the old, one phone, ... Gold, and you're gonna have your information, and so forth, and other exotic delivery orphanage and some routine items listed the robot Day.

Refer information, maybe from March or other mitigation of software, or you can connect remotely through Wi-Fi or other technologies. And you can call there almost brings use your mail or other merchandise is maybe. The next month, you wait to see sounds kinda for almost delivering college or retail items.

Perhaps you remember your new coalition that you showed you in the beginning.

Maybe have not noticed that these people are not real. So, this is the other side of the technology.

All these people, The thesis incinerated by AI technology sure, they're known to you May have heard about all the technologies fins use, most shallow ...

videos, This is the other side of technology, and many people might use those kinds of applications for reasons, other roles I told you, There's always our side of it going.

So, all photos shown were generated completely by AI So, for our North Korea.

And, in fact, I'm going to go just through numbers.

edwardFor example, fives, non ITC, and this is analytical thinking, creative thinking and problem solving, learning skills and certain things and thinking, She's not, were 56 of organizational learning to help existing customers, shopping seamless, includes AIF dos, I'm sure, will come and go live from the services.

that mix 25 years will be exponentially delivered to them, actually.

Either way, you will read more and more about AI, technology, and AI applications, ...

here alongside technology now, to the to the way forward.

Just a few more slides, just to show you some more interesting results. Sometimes a social mission from UNESCO has made an effective response to go in, and actually this is actually Mrs.

..., Koby Langley team. Of course, it's a new neural model difficult for many people from ..., However, there's always the brighter side.

If we see positive, we're gonna make it at the end.

So, it's a lot of disruption.

Was an enabler for me before, often, when alliance or digital transformation initiatives have already been accelerating already, much more Air Force people to deliver them effectively, quickly, but probably higher quality, OK.

Here are the sources. So if you go to war worthy and read more.

and now I'm just going to talk about some keys to successful business, all these information beginning is essentially a commitment by both the organization and individuals, organizational voltage ratio.

So, of course, you cannot expect everyone to take part actively, but if you're a given that sounds in your fitness environmentally tool, ..., initiative, do grow. And it's, um, Do you learn a lot of things?

You will interact with your colleagues, you learn, maybe about technology, being developed, many other things, so, proper environment, There's a mass intervention training, or certainly, nobody knows everything. So, some of your team. So, hopefully, people yearn for a training tool for glaucoma, traditional way of doing things.

Maybe you're going to let them solve.

Maybe it doesn't work, We'll refer you to first try. Try again, and, again, prioritize and also, the official don't just sounds in the corner.

There, anything that seems very collaborative approach, taylor transformation, processes and tools to freeze your culture, and the capacity and capabilities of your organization, the base.

Transformation of Autism Results, Judaic Asuka from my experience two years is more or less. And now, it's time to see exceptional results.

Medium eyes and try to avoid conflict issue. Maybe you've seen, colleagues complain, and complain complain would not lead you anywhere.

Tried to isolate these. You should remove yourself. Talk to your supervisor. Talk to your colleagues, Or under a good faith and collaborative mindset.

Allow time for people to move to access the key missions.

Certainly, computational, this is a gene for, don't hide the key information.

Everybody deserves to have a place in the organization, And maybe you're going to hear some good ideas from people that you didn't think of, both can have an X bar industrial nation approach, Jimmy, similar to the farm.

You don't have to engage complex technologies.

The maturity of the comune is not I started with something small, and Rosalind, go to something figure.

Now, we'll resume the iron dome of the presentation. Some key takeaways.

It's a summary.

Going to rising disrupting the soldiers rule, what can we knew.

A year ago this class, what we can do is to think in a positive way, think for those of you who are going to make it obvious, Coby Design team wasn't accelerator for visual transformation.

Social inbox present told you you're practicing social distance, overheated, and now it's not easy.

Many things came out of political show, ..., all of us should get referred for larger scale recess, change management.

It's also an important block, T blow off for transformational. It's gonna get really complex ...

the new normal last great nutraceutical and produce great results to navigate this historic times.

Business leaders or C level executives need to address the immediate crises take bold decision get referred for a ...

Transformed juicer.

This point. Thank you very much for your time watching this presentation, and participating in the successional online conference. If you have questions, you can go through e-mail or you can connect with me on LinkedIn.

And I would be happy to answer Joe questions.

Fantastic areas, great comprehensive presentation on the many aspects of of successful transformations, including digital transformations. Of course, one of the questions that has come up, why are you presenting, especially because of your background?

And The and the PMO Global Alliance, and your deep background and project management, and the question is, what, what are, what do you what do you see as the most important, maybe, new skills the project managers have to develop in this new world? What are you doing? What are you seeing there in terms of skill development that's necessary for project managers? And maybe, even as you work with your the the PMO, global alliances, you know, what, are you telling?

the members what you're telling The organizations and individuals about the project management is skill set that's necessary in this new world.

Event Email Graphic Virtual Conferences (1)Many thanks for listening session on the question. The system to my attention on the ... is still an easy, as it sounds. If you have to count the results that assume many professionals right now, doesn't gates, and how it for yourself to something different.

The capacity of the Caribbean sea level skill service is different. So let's you manufacture those. I can give you some, some example. First of all, you need to face and takes time. You cannot deliver projects yesterday, or deliverables are wanted.

Conflict, one member is another.

That is required, because a lot of people from different nationalities, for example, Remote Working different hours.

A lot of conflicts come come up, so ground rules is a thing that should be on top of the agenda.

Another thing as huge as its Chief Learning Officer from majorities of people. The requirements are changing.

Saw her name because there are some degrees. Actually, we should know because you have some decreasing functions, just no stop learning. What they give advice to my, my people, is just on a regular basis. Just speak up and opportunities related to profit from their website, and really do not take you more than 3, 5, 10 minutes to read the article, but if you read into your phone, to your no, overall in specific areas imminently. this relation. I do frequently arrays bolsonaro, overall, or another.

The student comes to my mind right now, on came up, as I said, is your latency shoot on being for light.

Being polite, senior people don't get worse.

People don't understand the commissions are snug everybody lecturers are quantum ... well, what other people don't care about. Financial results. But you need to educate them, train them. Training is another key opportunity of gene for some strange people. As I said, in ..., maybe hydrogen also serve in all this project or virus. If you serve and the lows knowledge. I've been given some insights about this came up right now, based on your question.

Yes.

And I love that, that almost visceral answer that you gave because that speaks of the many experiences. you have had. There's a lot of theory, But also, your practical experiences brings those behavioral traits and approaches to the surface. And, you know, empathy and kindness go a long way in a time where people are experiencing a lot of disruption, and, and if we, it's, it's, it's a common mistake. Overlook those things. And just, kinda, let's get to work. And, and, unfortunately, as human beings, that doesn't work very well, so, and that, And that note, William Fuller asks, A follow up. Question: on the project management side, there is a skill set that needs to be developed further.

But also, there is this impact on of perpetual change, transformation, the way you define correctly. My opinion is, is a never ending process. It's, it's a change that's happening continuously, and we are, you're transforming. And once you get there, you may transform again.

So in the world of perpetual change, especially when it comes to unskilled, under, educated, front line employees, what what is the impact of that on them and how can you help that group, you know, come along?

Why don't I do as a core value of mine, have an open door policy in my office, or anywhere, anytime come into my office and this is a great show? Because some people, sometimes people don't knock on the door because maybe they are size, maybe horses working, maybe I will. Be reasonable. Boards move your legs, don't interrupt and about two years, maybe advice Maybe somehow has a cerebral ..., we're working remotely, and things are much more different. Do go to the office, but not five days.

People have gone really nervous, working through the internet. Most of the people, of course, as you see it all because working Moses maybe people will come. I will the system with cloud systems, with AI system, funding center as you're working remotely and program. For example, Cisco Routers, or ..., but for most of the vehicle is more difficult.

What I'm trying to do is swap, because a role model is not giving directions. Somewhere, I don't fly. I prefer success, You know, like the world KPIs, For example.

There's no T They use different rules for that to make my team feel more comfortable, or other colleagues discussed about the appraisal, oftentimes, A very serious issue, because you can affect the future of someone. Maybe She gets involved Mark on the appraiser though.

It affects pharaohs, shooter and the money or .... Many things can happen initially gruesome.

When you're discussing about the appraisal of those times, when I was younger, appraisals, identical conversation, this loses, vein power, the physical reactions you cannot see that people can download anything on the phone and actually, there's an upside for the appraisal.

As I said, there's something really, really personal refers to the fees through them for That's why I also told you I'm trying to overthrow the role models. I'm not the perfect guy on the super knowledgeable on Jeeps Drive This amendment to house in the local School of Mines either lower level, which came up to my office, and our focus area.

Give them five minutes to discuss this idea. Maybe you share some things never imagined before, but just to give them an example, take more of your time, understand who are homeless or some trends of opposition to the Saudi Arabia's Gorging. We have embarked for ....

It doesn't matter above the level of Imperial, but this was a surprise for that person.

You know, when you have no idea, it doesn't cost anything, it's $10, $15 bucks.

What we saw, this person, maybe it was not, you, personally, this is an American resource information, but it makes you feel artificial power 15. So keep in mind that it doesn't matter what your logo, your mentality, doesn't matter how much wanted to remind you of what these mothers to be. two monitors, ..., clerical choosing, robotics, you name it.

Overall, cheaper to the human aspect and this was mighty missiles, would dream as psychological. I'm not the same person. I was when I was a year ago.

What I'm trying to do is, To develop my passion. for everyone. Internet and digital transformation, consider my knowledge.

What a wonderful message Harris, thank you so much for sharing your expertise with global transformations with us, And a very powerful message. So thank you for taking the time to be with us, from Dubai to our global audience.

Wanted to say in Arabic, I'm going to send too many thanks for this opportunity to show some different things that people are so maybe a lot about technology. And it was a pleasure, and you've been an exceptional. Then I will change the best moderate, or a very, very, you know, eligible, professional, and I really enjoyed the session will follow you.

Screenshot (4)That is very kind of you, as I should expect, based on the award's previously, so thank you so much.

Don't you? But my teacher says save where you're must be positive.

Excellent.

Ladies and gentlemen, that was Harris Apostle ..., the Global Leader for Transformation at the PMO Global Alliance. So we're concluding this session now and the, at the top of the hour, we're going to have the last session of the day. And you and I are going to have a conversation.

We're going to have a conversation and the reveal of great, enduring organizations who have successfully transform themselves in men in some cases, multiple times. And continue to do so. They are a very narrow slice of the distribution of transformations. And there are very complex slice to understand. We're gonna focus on that slice.

What makes them internally great, any organization or leader, can do an improvement here, or an innovation There?

Very, very few organizations in the world have been chronically consistent with their purpose over 10 plus years and able to deliver innovation for value creation at scale. We're going to be looking at those organizations and we're going to be looking at the principles and mechanisms that translate those principles into action into those organizations in our next talk. So, I hope to see you at the top of the hour when we look at excellence and innovation acceleration for culture, business, and digital transformation. So, we'll see you back soon. Bye, Bye.
