What is cultural Transformation?

Cultural transformation refers to the process of fundamentally changing the beliefs, values, and behaviors of an organization so that it can better support and drive strategic objectives, improve operational effectiveness, and adapt to new challenges or market conditions. Essentially, it's about shifting the mindset and behaviors of an organization's members to align with a desired future state.
