FlexSPC Operations Strategy and Excellence

It combines two major components: A network-based platform that provides ideal conditions to practice SPC concepts and a strong Six Sigma program that deploys culture and knowledge. FlexSPC is also integrated with Flex Industry 4.0 vision that embeds the Predictive Analysis and provides information to all business levels to take decisions opportunely. Designing for transparency and trust, FlexSPC data is shared with customers. We are here to share the insights of the know-how in building and utilizing a comprehensive home-developed SPC system, a game-changing approach for a dynamic and wide-range-equipment based manufacturing environment. Lastly, for key sustainability factors, FlexSPC is backed by a solid organization development program readily for the next-generation manufacturing journey.

FlexSPC was selected as one of the critical initiatives on Flex Corporate Reliability Playbook, the primary Business Process Management Program. This initiative has extended the current SPC maturity from the Automotive business to other business segments providing benefits to current and further customers.

The Flex Corporate Quality Program named FlexSPC as the critical requirement of Business Regulations in the company's most strategic & critical business segments: Automotive and Medical Segments. The system is designed to meet with the proper statistical techniques for process and product Evaluation, Improvement, and to maintain the current level of performance.
