It is incumbent upon organizational leaders to create a system of shared values that signifies what their organization stands for – who they are in times of crisis and who they are in times of growth. This presentation will provide you with some key reflection points and considerations on why infusing core values into your leadership style is a key success pattern for accelerating your SAFe transformation. These values cultivate a standard way of working for improved alignment, decision-making and culture identity. We will discuss field-tested implementation strategies on how to infuse these into your leadership behaviors and actions.

Audrey Boydston,

Audrey Boydston is a master facilitator, trainer, and leadership coach. With extensive experience helping organizations lead through change and increase employee engagement, Boydston finds great purpose in connecting people through the power of learning. Most recently, she co-created the Training from the Back of the Room virtual course with best-selling author Sharon Bowman and a team of 10 global trainers.

Certified Trainer (TBR-VE-CT); Working Genius Facilitator, LEGO Strategic Play Facilitator, ICAgile Certified Professional in Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), and Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM and CSP-PO), SAFe RTE (RTE). She has a BA in English Literature from Wittenberg University and a Master’s Certificate in Program Management (GWCPgM) and Project Management (GWCPM) from George Washington University.
