The truly great businesses are investing time and resources to tackle their most critical problems and build managing systems to sustain their solutions.
- Drive empowerment and engagement of employees to continually improve business processes. The Wheel of Sustainability is a system designed to support this critical effort.
- Leverage virtual and in-person engagements to drive improvements in safety, customer service, productivity, quality, and cost.
- The use of virtual tools has exploded through the pandemic. We must learn how to balance their use with more traditional operational excellence methods.
- Operational excellence must be owned by those who do the work. The Wheel of Sustainability was developed in support of this premise.
- The customer experience must be enhanced in a way that drives loyalty. Customers must feel safe, heard, and cared about.
