BTOES Insights Question: What is your primary goal in your job role at the moment?

Tim Wigham Answer:

I am the Head of Performance at Exceed. My role is to partner upstream energy clients in the delivery of our value proposition which involves courageous leadership, exceeding expectations, acting with integrity, and delivering world class transformational results through best possible preparation and best practice. Top priorities right now: look after our team, sharpen the saw, and maintain external communication and visibility in order to add more value to more campaign teams as we emerge from COVID-19.

Tim Wigham Answer:

Critical initiatives will be helping client teams successfully deliver drilling and decommissioning projects against a backdrop of uncertainty and change. Implicit to this will be digital transition and more virtual communication.
