BTOES Insights Question: Briefly describe your job role in your organization, and what your top priorities are right now?
 
Christopher Answer:
 
For 25 years I have worked with companies to more effectively implement technology and improve processes for profitability and growth. My background includes being a certified GE Master Black Belt and Quality leader and serving as the Intelligent Automation Leader for Accenture and Deloitte in Northern Europe. My current focus is speaking and consulting for clients who are embarking or stalling in their automation journey.
 
BTOES Insights Question: What do you expect to be the most critical initiatives you (or your clients) need to focus on over the next 12 months?

Christopher Answer:

Implementing automation at scale and creating a stable platform on which to build.

BTOES Insights Question: What do you see as the biggest trends affecting your organization (or your clients) over the next 12 to 18 months?

Christopher Answer:

The Great Resignation is making talent a huge problem. Leadership that does not value the employees and show them a path toward development and growth will find empty chairs or zoom screens when they most need people for the company to thrive.
