BTOES Insights Question: Briefly describe your job role in your organization, and what your top priorities are right now?
 
Andrea Cifor Answer:
 
I am the governance director for actuarial within Nationwide Financial. We are in the process of completing a new data mart, therefore we are transitioning our focus on data quality and automation of processes.
 
BTOES Insights Question: What do you expect to be the most critical initiatives you (or your clients) need to focus on over the next 12 months?

Andrea Cifor Answer: 

Continuous improvement and modernization of data. Decreasing overhead through automation and streamlining processes.

BTOES Insights Question: What do you see as the biggest trends affecting your organizational (or your clients) over the next 12 to 18 months?

Andrea Cifor Answer:

The great resignation. Post pandemic job shuffling and adjusting as we migrate back to offices.
