Tell us about your roles & responsibilities within your organization.

I am responsible for effectively moving our strategy into execution by facilitating the identification of the right work to accomplish strategy, the integrated planning of that work, and the effective management of change for our employees and members.,

What are the critical challenges your presentation will address?

In the midst of market pressure and rapid change, how do we assure we "change well"

This session will include:

  • Analyzing and ensuring employees and members are not saturated by constant change
  • Integrating change management into the strategy to execution life cycle

After your presentation, what are you hoping the attendees will take away with them?

Change management is a function of your strategy and planning processes and should be fully integrated.

What have been the biggest developments in Operational Excellence in the last 12 months, within your organization?
  • Focus on process management and ownership.
  • Recognition of the negative impacts of un-managed change.

How do you see Operational Excellence developing over the next 5-10 years within your organization?

Will become the institutionalized way we do business, not a separate function.
