Tell us about your roles & responsibilities within your organization.

I design, implement, coach, and improve the systems and processes that enable everyone in the organization to execute, standardize, and improve work.

How to bring lean and agile thinking to product development.

Knowledge work, such as product development, can be thought of as a "factory" with customers, products, and value- and non-value-adding activity.

 
What have been the biggest developments in Operational Excellence in the last 12 months, within your organization?

Application of scrum as a tool to accelerate lean product development.

 
How do you see Operational Excellence developing over the next 5-10 years within your organization?

Expanding the reach of lean product development to dramatically improve cost, quality, and time to market.
