Getting a handle on the day-to-day activities of your area can be as simple as structured, regular conversations with your teams.  Using huddles, you can assess capacity issues, focus priorities and ensure that you are making progress on annual goals.

In this session, you will see how to get started, as told through the experience of a successful roll-out of 12 huddles in a single department.  Additionally, you’ll learn lessons from huddles that have not sustained.

You’ll learn the key steps to take at the start, so that you have the best chance to be successful.  We’ll also cover how to grow the capabilities and maturity of your board, so that it becomes an evolving tool to suit the needs of your business and become one of your primary mechanisms for continuous improvement.

Join this session to see how the huddles progressed in its first year and most importantly, how the metrics improved.  You’ll see how you can realize benefits in your operations without any additional process work or chasing defects.  This becomes the platform for empowerment and engagement of your employees by giving them all the relevant information to make the right decisions each and every day.  Expect a conversational session with time to address your questions and specific situations.
