All these needs to be tweaked to enhance employee satisfaction, which is directly proportional to productivity hence improve employees “Meaningful Quotient” which is one type of intelligence (other types of intelligence are Linguistic Intelligence, Logic Intelligence, Kinaesthetic Intelligence, Spatial Intelligence, Musical Intelligence, Interpersonal Intelligence, Intrapersonal Intelligence). Even though we already have procedures and clubs (employee club, volunteer system etc.) for employees to improve this, which is designed by brilliant minds. There is a lack of understanding why these are in place by low level employees and Managers. Might be if at top level if a beta project could be initiated to observe how improving projects team’s different intelligence/quotients could directly make employees work towards their Ethical character aligned to Oracle’s Vision and mission whereby improving work-life balance, more productivity, fun-filled work environment and meaningful work attaining self-actualization
