About the Speaker:

Abol is a passionate advocate of consumer data sovereignty using decentralised identity supported by digital wallet and speaks on the subject. Driving decentralised identity initiatives for multi-brand CPG, Retail and Pharmacy sectors. He is currently the Senior EA for No7 and Global Brands at Walgreens Boots Alliance.

He started his 25 year career in IT as an dot.com entrepreneur before joining IBM to architect the transformation of their Global Services brand as their Business Architect in EMEA. He went on to deliver change agenda and leadership at client organisations in Banking and Insurance in consulting engagements at IBM Business Consulting.

At Legal & General plc, Abol delivered £30m benefit addressing 20m customer base, to enable their digital strategy through architecture initiatives (contact centre transformation, User Experience Platform selection, customer data and marketing analytic roadmaps).

As Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture at CWT, with the aim of delivering friction free traveller experience for 10m business travellers of Fortune 500 clients, Abol led GDPR and CRM Transformation architectures. Building decentralised identity initiatives to step up traveller experience for agility and improved privacy.

Recently at Admiral Insurance, he delivered architecture and roadmap for their 7m customer digital domain with a focus on CX backed by insight.
