Arosha is an award-winning Black Belt Lean Six Sigma specialist (APO trained) in productivity and service excellence. She is a trainer, speaker, and writer, holding a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the Cass Business School (UK).
Her career was originally as banker in Investment, development and commercial banking in London and Asia.
In 2014 she founded the Asian Institute of Excellence (AIE) and cofounded the Intrinsic Leadership Academy. AIE has consulted and trained staff in the construction, banking and tourism sector particularly in the MSME sector in operational excellence and in Green solutions for improved profitability.
