Ida leads an Architecture team for Corporate Technologies group, shaping technology strategies and designing solutions for Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Global Services, and other corporate business functions.
Ida has been practicing the architecture discipline for over 20 years. She enjoys this field because, just like architecture for physical structures, the IT architecture requires a balance of art and science to create solutions that are practical, elegant, and can withstand changing environmental conditions.
Prior to joining JNJ, Ida worked for other Pharmaceutical companies, such as Roche, Pfizer/Zoetis and Allergan. She helped to select, design, and connect software solutions supporting the compounds ’journey from the research labs through clinical development and manufacturing to the market. Ida has background in software development, system architecture, data management, and integration.
Ida has a MS in Electrical Engineering from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in St. Petersburg and holds Architecture Certifications from The Open Group and The British Computer Society.

I started my career 14 years ago in the IT services sector. A few years in, I took a leap of faith and did my MBA. Joined a manufacturing organization where I worked closely with business to deliver results as the IT - Business Partner. It was a fantastic experience but after a while, I realized that I wanted to do something more meaningful with my time. Contribute back to society in some way. And that’s how I joined UNICEF. Currently, I lead the process of mapping the organization’s business processes to its digital systems. In a nutshell – Enterprise Architecture.
My passion for storytelling led me to create the podcast ‘Heroes of New York’ where I share the stories of exceptional people who are rising above the odds to help others during the pandemic.
