Our client is a medical device firm based in the United States that is registered in Ireland. The Minimally Invasive Therapies Group, the Diabetes Group, the Restorative Therapies Group, and the Cardiac and Vascular Group are the sponsor's four core business divisions. Heart failure, Parkinson's disease, urine incontinence, Down syndrome, obesity, chronic pain, spinal abnormalities, and diabetes are among the chronic ailments for which they design and produce devices and therapies. The items are sold in over 180 countries and reach approximately one billion people worldwide.

Process Complexities:

• For new orders, the cycle time for order handling validation is around 10 days.

• Order conversions increased by 80% after the launch of a new model.

• No defined format - every document may have a different format

• More than eight teams work on the document to complete the order • Various checks must be performed to ensure it matches the payer claim requirements.

• Customization for each order and paperwork based on the needs of the patient

Intake, RPA.AA solution along with Power App, Texting Console, Email Management Tool, enabling auto allocation, order visibility, call progress, real-time NPS, call disposition gathering, call analysis, auto batching and indexing of documents involving 279+ complex process steps, extracting & Copy creation from digital PDF’s ranging from 7,87,000 pages/document with various templates and performing indexing, validation, reporting in a defined format and keying in information in CRM. The solutions are deployed across geographies (India, Manila, and the U.S.).
