Written by BTOES Insights Official | Mar 29, 2019 11:00:00 AM

Courtesy of Goodyear, David Coleman wrote a synopsis of his speaking session discussing 'Culture Transformation in a Manufacturing Enterprise'.

This is an insider view of a cultural transformation journey from one of the transformation leaders on a team that started with a “broken” business and created an AME award winner.  The journey starts with an environment of no hope.  It continues through the thoughts and actions of the leaders that had a vision and the commitment to change the culture and business performance.  This presentation will take the audience through the significant challenges that were faced, the vision, mindset that went into driving the change, case for change, maturity assessment of the culture, key processes that were initiated, business results and a clear view  of the new culture.

Although this presentation is mostly about David Coleman’s latest transformation experience, he will be disclosing and demonstrating what he feels are the 3 common characteristics of each of the 4 cultural transformations that he has led.  He feels that the same 3 characteristics would be common for all cultural transformations.  It is a fast-paced presentation that covers the key points of a 5-year journey.
