Courtesy of Greene Group Industries, Steve Waszak wrote a synopsis of his speaking session discussing 'Creating a Winning Culture by Leading with Fundamentals'.

Creating a Winning Culture by Leading with Fundamentals is an introduction to a cultural transformation approach based on 30 years of international experience with global companies, startups and small businesses, in leadership, consulting, and observational roles.

Three great benefits of this approach are: 1) It will work in any size organization; 2) It can be effectively implemented at any level or segment of the organization; and 3) It just works!

Leading with Fundamentals is rolled out in a three-step process to help create a culture that can quickly pivot and evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of your business and the markets it serves.  The approach is focused on safeguarding and improving your competitive advantage.

During this talk we will walk through the three-step process and three real world examples of how the application of Leading with Fundamentals resulted in cultural transformations that generated great sustainable results in a relatively short period of time.

In covering steps one and two, we will discuss how to make understanding competitive advantage simple for the entire organization and review business fundamentals that everyone in should know (but probably does not).  We will use the real world examples to illustrate the third step.

Leading with Fundamentals increases the probability that any decision made in your organization, at any level, either safeguards or improves your competitive advantage.  This results in a winning culture where, in addition to big wins, there will be magical and awesome things happening in small, often unnoticed, bits throughout each day at every level of the organization.

Come join us to learn how you can Create a Winning Culture by Leading with Fundamentals.
