Leadership commitment is the way in which a CEO of an organization can get and fully commit efforts into PI programmes. They do this by investing time, dollars and effort into all initiatives brought forward by the OpEx professionals. The top down approach is important, as commitment comes from the top and this sets the precedence for the rest of the organization. For phenomenal transformative change and supreme operational excellence to be experienced in organizations, committed leadership, allocated resources of time & staff and financial investment is needed to make it happen.
